Why We Need it?

One of the important things in managing human capital in an organization is to ensure that the empoloyees’ potential and competency are in line with their job requirement. A psychological assessment is one way to get a comprehensive description of your candidates or employees, to put the right man on the right place.

This assessment will explore your candidates’ profile (their potential and competence) in each level, which will be used as the parameter in recommending the appropriate job and position for the candidate. This assessment may include various aspects of your candidate/employee; from cognitive potential, personality, business mastery, managerial skill, until work behavior and candidates’ competence and response to their work environment.

Assessment Stages

  1. Preparation
    • Defining the potential profile and competence needed of each level.
    • Defining the tools used to get the comprehensive description of the profile.
